This immersive six-month coaching program is for anyone who is ready to stop spiraling in overwhelm and start moving forward with clarity, confidence, and deep inner calm.

Through a blend of personalized coaching, intuitive energy work, and grounding guided meditations, we’ll create a sacred space to support your emotional wellbeing, restore your energy, and reconnect you with your purpose and power.

    Integrated practices (like Reiki, breathwork, or grounding rituals) to clear blocks and restore balance.

  • This program is for anyone navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, and looking to feel better overall. Whether you're a busy mom, creative, healer, or just someone ready to shift patterns and feel more grounded—this is for you.

  • We meet bi-weekly (virtual or in-person) for 50-minute 1:1 sessions over six months. You'll also receive guided practices and gentle prompts to support you between sessions.

  • While therapy often focuses on healing past wounds, coaching is forward-focused. It supports your growth, self-trust, and alignment with your values. My approach blends mindfulness tools, energy work, and intuitive guidance to help you move forward.

  • That’s totally valid—and often a sign that you could really benefit from this work in creating more space for yourself. The mindful coaching program is designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it. Sessions are spacious, and everything is tailored to fit your real life, not add more to your plate.

  • You can start by booking a one-off session to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward with the coaching program, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps and everything you need to begin your journey.
