Hi, I’m Ashley
I’m a holistic health coach, mindfulness teacher, speaker, and writer. I help people shift their mindset, restore their energy, and reconnect with themselves through grounding practices like guided meditation, breathwork, and reiki—it’s not therapy, but definitely therapeutic.
For years, I lived with intense anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress that affected my health, relationships, and sense of self. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, and overwhelmed. It wasn’t until I began to slow down, trust myself, and embrace healing tools that I found a more grounded, joyful, and present way of living.
Now, I’m passionate about making mindfulness and holistic healing practices accessible and supportive for everyone, especially those navigating anxiety, burnout, or big life transitions. Through my work, I create safe, nurturing spaces that invite balance, self-trust, and peace—one breath at a time.
