Hi, I’m Ashley Rose Howard, founder of Rose Mindfulness.
I’m a stress management coach and energy healer who helps busy professionals and entrepreneurs feel better in their day-to-day lives. I work with people who are used to pushing through, often not realizing how stressed they are until it starts to show up in their bodies.
Through one-on-one and group sessions, I help you reset your energy and find simple ways to feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again. My approach blends mindfulness with practical tools you can actually use in real life so you can breathe and reconnect, even on your busiest days.
I’ve been there too. For years, I lived with anxiety, panic attacks, and constant stress that impacted my health, relationships, and sense of self. I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in that cycle.
Everything shifted when I started listening to my body and trusting my intuition. I found a more grounded, present way of living and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

Philadelphia native now living in Atlanta with my husband (and his extensive sneaker collection) and our two daughters, who over-think like me and shop like him.
Hobbies include yoga, sound baths, and overly dramatic oracle card readings. On a good day, you’ll find me hosting friends for dinner or taking a nature walk. On stressful days, nothing soothes my soul like a nice, relaxing murder documentary.
