Let’s be honest—motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also exhausting. If you’ve ever reheated your coffee three times, hidden in the bathroom for a breather, or said “just one more episode” at midnight only to regret it at 6 a.m., this group is for you.
Over six weeks, we’ll laugh, vent, and learn simple ways to refill our cups (without adding more to the to-do list). Think of it as a weekly pit stop where you get to release overwhelm, recharge, connect with other moms who get it, and remember that you’re doing an amazing job—even when you feel like a hot mess.
For any mom:
Navigating burnout, anxiety, or a motherhood transition (parenting a big feelings kid, managing multiples, navigating newbornhood / toddlerhood / teenagehood, pregnancy loss, etc)
Feeling stuck in the daily grind and disconnected from their body, energy, or intuition
Curious about mindfulness, energy healing, or nervous system regulation but overwhelmed by where to start
Struggling with:
A strong inner critic or history of postpartum
Trouble setting boundaries or prioritizing themselves
