  • Each coaching session is designed to support those new to holistic healing and seasoned practitioners. All are welcome. Come as you are.

  • We work together to heal specific obstacles related to mental, emotional and physical stress which complements therapy well. While it’s not therapy, it’s deeply therapeutic.

  • All one-on-one coaching sessions can be customized to fit your schedule and availability. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted virtually or person. You can book sessions weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

  • Coaching calls are conducted in a safe and private space and will not be recorded unless specifically requested by the client.

  • If you’re interested in working together, please book a virtual or in-personone-off session to determine if holistic health coaching is the right fit for your needs.
