Each coaching session is designed to support those new to holistic healing and seasoned practitioners. All are welcome. Come as you are.

We work together to heal specific obstacles related to mental, emotional and physical stress which complements therapy well. While it’s not therapy, it’s deeply therapeutic.

All one-on-one coaching sessions can be customized to fit your schedule and availability. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted virtually or person. You can book sessions weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

Coaching calls are conducted in a safe and private space and will not be recorded unless specifically requested by the client.
