  • Coaching sessions are designed to support anyone new to coaching and energy work as well as seasoned practitioners, healers and coaches. All are welcome. Come as you are.

  • We work together to heal specific obstacles related to mental, emotional and physical stress to help you move forward, which complements therapy well.

  • All one on one coaching sessions can be customized to fit your schedule and availability. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted virtually or in-person. You can book sessions weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending where you are on your coaching journey.

  • The services offered (including coaching and energy work) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or disease.
