In my energy work sessions, I create a calm, nurturing space for healing and restoration. Each experience blends Reiki, intuitive guidance, and gentle breathwork practices to help your body release tension and return to a natural state of balance. As your breath slows and your nervous system softens, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded—supported from the inside out.

Coaching sessions are designed to support anyone new to coaching and energy work as well as seasoned practitioners, healers and coaches. All are welcome. Come as you are.

We work together to heal specific obstacles related to mental, emotional and physical stress to help you move forward, which complements therapy well.

All one on one coaching sessions can be customized to fit your schedule and availability. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is conducted virtually or in-person. You can book sessions weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending where you are on your coaching journey.
